Hi Tim

Grab your 10.3 boot CD/DVD and boot your machine from CD (hold down the C
key on the keyboard).  When the installer screen comes up, click on the
Apple Menu and select 'Reset Passwords'.  When that screen appears, click on
the icon of your hard drive, then select your account in the list.  Follow
the instructions on resetting the password.  Then repeat for the other
accounts of your kids.  Reboot into X and see how you go!
