I'm just cleaning out old warranty stock and have some 3.5" and 5.25" FireWire cases that may be of interest. 

Details are -

3.5" FireWire aluminium case - $65
3.5" FireWire plastic case - $55
5.25" FireWire (and some combo USB2) case for CD/DVD - $65
There's also a brand new (still in the sealed bag) Hitachi (IBM) 185GB 3.5" drive - $169
