I just wanted to bring the list up to date with the new Apple Reseller
in Perth.
DigiLife, who also own the AppleCentre in Mount Hawthorn, have opened
an AppleCentre right in the heart of the CBD. Its in Carillion Arcade,
on the Hay St level (which is upstairs on the Murray St level). It is
right near the walkway across to MYER.
The team at DigiLife hope to replicate the outstanding store they have
in Mount Hawthorn - with the largest range of 3rd party products for
the Mac available in WA - as well as having good stocks of all Apple
products.
As of writing this, they even have the new 4G iPods and iPod minis in
stock.
The store is somewhat smaller than their Mount Hawthorn store - as you
could imagine, rents in the CBD are more than 5 times that of the rents
in the suburbs. Digilife have squeezed an amazing amount of product
into the space. They (and Apple) are hoping that this new store brings
Apple to a huge new group of customers (and judging by the first few
days - it will).
If you're in the city, I encourage you to support them in their efforts
and visit the new store.
