Hi everyone! I'm Lisa Rysinger, the author of Exploring Digital
Video. I am currently writing my second book, Exploring DV Software
for the Mac, and I would really like you to have a say. I am looking
for Mac user group members to put their two cents in regarding Apple's
digital video software line.
I will be covering iMovie, iDVD, Final Cut Express, Final Cut Pro, and
DVD Studio Pro. (GarageBand, Soundtrack, LiveType, and Motion will
also be addressed as they pertain to DV).
I plan to intersperse select comments from Mac users throughout the
book. If you have a comment you would like to make regarding any of
the programs mentioned above, such as a tip, a word of advice for
avoiding problems, praise for a particular feature or even a gripe, I
will be happy to consider it for publication. While I can't offer you
cash for your comments, this is an opportunity for you to voice your
opinions and a great way to get free exposure for your user group! If
your comment is selected, I will also put a link to your user group's
website on the DVD that comes with the book.
If you are interested, just email me a SHORT paragraph with your
comment about a particular DV program, your full name, email address,
user group affiliation/title, and your user group's website address.
You can submit multiple comments for consideration. I will email you
individually if your comment has been selected and approved for
inclusion in the book.
