I use both at home and at work (well for the time being as work is
implementing an SOE which will force me to use Lookout...but at least I
can still use Firefox) and both are awesome. Both are very fast and do
their jobs almost flawlessly.

This is not true, it just doesn't ask you for the corrected password
again. You can go into the Mail Settings and there is a password section
where you can forget the current stored password.
As for your Phone Manager app, I use a Nokia 3650, which is unsupported. I
guess you will find most people here don't have the 3 phones this app
supports!
OT, I heard 3 had a $49 cap plan for $200 worth of calls (including video),
with a $15 minimum spend (good value I think!). Anybody know if any of the
3G phones are supported in iSync yet?
