> From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Is anybody interested in WAMUG newsletters from Jan 1986 (#3) to May > 1998 (vol 13 #3) when the electronic version commenced?
Faye, I'd like us to keep those old copies of the WAMUG newsletters - I'm missing a few editions from the late 80's. Matt, I notice you have put up PDF versions of the WAMUG ROM including an early edition from 1989 - It'd be fun to get a few of the earliest editions up on the WAMUG website sometime http://www.wamug.org.au/rom/index.shtml It saddens me that I seem to have lost a lot of the original electronic versions of many of those old newsletters. I still have paper copies of the first MacPaint paintings of the WAMUG logo from sometime in 1985/86 I think, but do I still have the actual electronic MacPaint file? Well, it was located somewhere in a vast pile of 400k and 800k floppies that I have in a suitcase somewhere. Makes me kind of sad... Ah the ephemeral nature of electrons and magnetic media *sigh* :-) -Mart -------------------------------------- Martin Hill mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] homepages: http://mart.ozmac.com Mb: 0417-967-969 hm: (08)9314-5242
