I had it registered to QuickTime Pro, but not the organisation, as I
read that this should be me, however, I've changed that now and the
serial number is correct. Same thing though, the registration shows its
been updated to QT Pro, but the actual player is still the normal
version.
I can't access QT from within FCP, so I'm assuming the player I launch
from the dock should now be Pro? Does your QT player in the doc launch
as Pro?
Might this be to do with having FCP on the machine for awhile without
upgrading QT?
