Can someone please give me a clue on how to E-Mail a link to a document 
on a server i.e I get e-mails from colleagues that often say something 
like  "....the document can be found at --file:///documents/user/etc. 
etc.,  clicking on this link opens it across the network.

Using a Power Book, OS10.3.7, Entourage on a variety of Windows 
networks.
