Ring the number then blow the loudest whistle you can find into the
phone does-- no good but YOU feel better afterwards :-)

Thanks all - I will follow this up with my phone company, who said
they will send a nasty letter to the person concerned. I'm sure that's
gonna help. Not.
Bloody annoying that I know the number of the person doing it and
can't find out who it is.
