Until patches get published, I can offer this configuration change
routine for Firefox - don't know any command file manipulation for
Camino or Safari.
Put
about:config
into the address bar of Firefox and return
Put
network.enableIDN
into the filter box and return
control-click on the configuration line and use the 'toggle' to go to
'false' from 'true'
But *you* don't pick up urls from insecure sites anyway, do you ;-)
