I have "zillions" of things in my "Open with" contextual menu in
finder. It's slow and huge. Does anyone know how to clean these up?

This is a dynamic menu that is created when you click on a file. These
apps advertise the fact that they can open certain types of files,
thus, they show up when you click on that file.
The only way to remove them from that menu is to remove the app from
the computer.

Luckily a few apps like Toast let you turn it off in their own settings
Good Luck
