I got one a couple of weeks ago - 128Mb from Applecentre Mt hawthorn for $35 plugged in and worked in OS 10.3.6 okay
copied over some files to transfer to my iMac ( OS 8.6) - files lost their data fork so initially they were not openable and my software wouldn't reckonise them.
Over came issue by opening up a similar type of file already on iMac, which seemed to fix up files type code, then the file opened okay.
also loaded on drive some downloaded PC software to pass onto my Intern to use on his PC laptop, all transferred over okay
