Hi Brian, Zytech, sell the 'IceCube' brand of enclosures as well as LaCie. Both of which have been around for many years and have built a solid reputation for reliability. Some members of the list may also want to comment - good and bad?
Just one thing to note with the off the shelf products is that you will only get 1 year warranty on the LaCie external drive, whereas our drives have 1 year on the enclosure and at least 3 years on the drive (8MB cache drives).
