Hmm - when I wanted to figure out how to get my copy of iLife updated (the one included with my Megamart purchased PM G5), MM was more knowledgable / helpful in the first instance than Apple (see prior soapbox speech on topic in your wamug mail archive - if you have one :) .

I'm not saying Megamart staff are certified ex-genius bar material, just that their post sale service has been good in my (admittedly limited) experience.

MegaMart just sell boxes. They don't actually know or care what is in them. (ie. don't expect any support from them after you purchase the item).
