I found this in April 2005 Australian Macworld.
Lookup Postcode a2e4 it's Freeware for OSX 10.2 or later.
Find postcodes from Australia Post's web site in both Address Book and
Entourage.

I have installed it in OSX10.3.8 & it works great in Address Book.
I did restart my computer after installing from the 'Lookup Postcode
Installer a2e4'.
