I know Laurie asked for reply direct but before I can do that I need to
ask a question.
Are the power packs for Zip 100 the same as Zip 250? I have a couple of
spare Zip 100 packs around someplace if they will help her.

The dead transformer is labelled:
Input 100 to 240V AC 50/60Hz 0.2A
Output 5.2V DC at 1.0A
