Good ole 4.7 ;)
I shudder to think there was a time (a long time in fact) when I
thought that it was the best browser around.
Nobody mentions Netscape 7 , the first browser as far as I know to
introduce Tabbed browsing !
And the last version of 4.7 was possibly 4.79
Bob
The other day someone mentioned browsers for OS9, specifically iCab.
Can anyone rate it for me please?
Could it be better on <= G3 macs than IE or even that little gem
mentioned above?
I dont use OS9 anymore but I have some friends and clients who do and
iCab must be the only browser I havn't tried.
I would feel a lot more positive about OS9 if it had a viable browser.
Most seem so heavy, espcially on pre G3s, while plenty of other OS9
software is still more than useful.
Cheers
Paul
