I should have mentioned a few more details for those interested. To open up a Widget to change it and make it your own - control-click on the Widget, choose "Show Package Contents" and a new folder opens up showing the contents. In the case of my widget it contains 4 files:
seabreeze.htm default.png info.plist icon.png - Seabreeze.htm Just any old web page with what you want to appear in your widget.
