The dotmac Virex 7.5.1 does not work in Tiger.
Until this is fixed you can scan your computer using this - it is free.
Keep your firewall on, and go to

You might need to 'Copy & Paste' this address.
The site will check your computer for vulnerability and give you a report.
Well, not to viruses, but to network attacks.
Of course it won't even run the test for me as I'm behind an ADSL
router, like a lot of other people :)
