From what I have been told by others on this list, the K750i is the 700 on steroids :-) Better camera, battery life and the opportunity to have up to 2Gig storage space. For me, that could *almost* eliminate carrying around an iPod Mini and my 2 Megapixel Canon IXUS camera (although the shots from that camera a great!). If anything, I can go out and still listen to music or take the odd photo. My 3650 fits that bill now, but it has a VGA standard camera with no flash. Once I know when the K750i is out (2 weeks according to the sales chicky at Telstra Booragoon), the 3650 will be up for sale or on ebay.
