Using Panther 10.3.8 ......... YES !
I did have it set at 100%, changed to 150%
and the page and print size increased.
Had to reposition on screen to see the full width .

Our clipping service gives us newspaper articles at unreadable sizes
and they need to be opened with a bit of zoom.
