AccuWeather's website was also down a few days ago and they now have notices saying it has undergone considerable improvements! they do seem to have gone to daylight savings times in that the stated time for Perth is now 2 hours ahead of ourselves. but for some time now my dashboard widget has insisted on telling me we are in constant darkness - it seems to adopt the timezone for that *other* perth even when it is, supposedly giving local (WA) conditions. melbourne and, say, hobart are currently enjoying daylight (and blue *sky*) although melbourne has previously also disappeared into darkness during otherwise daylight hours (according to the widget). apart from that i'd be pretty dubious about the data they report anyway - from their website the time of sunrise here today was supposed to be 08:37 and the current temp is a couple of degrees below that measured by the Perth Bureau (as was the minimum)
but at least the chance of snow is minimal!

perhaps it is best to look out of the window?

It wasn't working yesterday. Today it is. Perhaps there was a problem at AccuWeather.
