from File>Print
Since my original message I have found that it is not just
FileMaker.... other osX applications seem to be doing the same thing.
Classic apps seem to be fine.
if i go to layout and change the border from none to anything else I
can then make border changes which will auto save for the next print of
the same document, the only thing I cannot do is change it back to
none and have it save that change.
any ideas appreciated...... other than use the printer as a door
stop...*L*

hi Peter,
yes, it used to be that when i changed that it would return to 'none'
but now it seems to return to 'double thin line' which I don't
want....... ggrrrrrrr...... it is so frustrating having to change it
manually every print.
I've even tried reloading filemaker but no difference
Are you printing via a script or from File > Print?
