If you go to www.ato.gov.au/erecord and follow through to download V5
for Mac there are links to various problem areas. In particular the
one dealing with error (-1708) Accessing e-Record After Installing it
is relevant and was also relevant for V4. You just have to show it
where the various bits and pieces are then everything is fine.
