Hi, I found out something disturbing today and I was wondering if anyone else has been affected.
Apple has lost my apple care warranty for my older machine. It is still covered (I have receipts and Apple Oz is sorting it) but has anyone else had this happen? Apparently they have had a computer system change - I figure my warranty is alive and well in the legacy system but didn't follow to the new one. Does anyone know how old the new computer system is? Has this happened to anyone else. Smiles Aurora
