Mail-Checking Hypertext Links

Hello WAMUGgers,

You used to be able to check hypertext links in an email before  
sending it.
You could save the email as a 'Draft' & then click on the web link to  
check it was correct.

In Mail v2.0.2 & Tiger OSX10.4.2   I am unable to do this.
Is there anyway to do this please?
