Hi Mal

Yes the iMac G3 700Mhz uses standard PC133 SDRAM memory, so what you have
should work fine. (The bus will actually read PC100 and PC133, but PC100
isn't as common anymore.)
I don't have any of the 700Mhz models at the moment, but I've got a couple
of 500Mhz models (at $350) if you were interested.
