Many thanks to Rob and Rod and Ronni! After Ronni's suggestion about chapter markers I created 3 new projects and added one movie to each project. Two burnt happily and the third did not, indicating that this movie was the culprit. I then went back to the offending movie and removed the Chapter markers, and voila it then burnt happily. Thanks!
