Conversion of Quark 4.1 file

Hi all
I've received a small file from a colleague ( abusiness card) said to be created in Quark 4.1. the file has the extension .dat 


Any Quark users out there able to convert it into something I could  
read? In Design CS2, Pagemaker 6.52, Word or even PDF would do.
