Am about to abandon ship
Why is it so difficult to connect an Airport Extreme Base Station to a
G4 12" PB 2004 with a 802.11G wireless card.
Westnet whom I recommended to my daughter as a Mac helpful broadband
provider has advised that they have no expertise re Mac setup (one
technician's comments after a 30 minute conversation). I recommended
Westnet after comments through the WAMUG forum.
Is there anyone out there who can offer a layperson's approach to
resolving what I thought to be a simple issue.
I have a Netgear wireless router and it has never missed a beat.

simpler solution.
The Apple sites offer no obvious assistance to beginners with this
problem.
The printer connects instantly but the connection to web seems
impossible.
Come on someone, where's the catch.
