Hi All I've been trying to get myself set up with a Paypal account so as to buy on ebay but each time I go to try and 'Setup' while on the paypal site, I end with a virtually empty screen. Have tried about 5 times now. I'm using OS 9.2 and for the Internet, IE 5.1.6. The address where it all stops at is : https://www.paypal.com/au/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run
