Hi,
In regards to the October issue of Macworld this issue was a
personalised cover and due to human error the sorting process with
the mailing house was messed up!!! This caused surnames to be wrong
and ever doubling up on copies of the magazines with completely
different names!! Please pass the second copy onto someone who
might find it useful. You can imagine how many people have been
calling up the past few days with the same querie as yourself!!!
The quality of your data has not been compromised, that the error
is a one-off due to the
complexity of the sorting process and you will have your name back
next month!!!
