In Word, go to Tools>Customize>"Customize Toolbars/Menus" Click on the Commands tab and then drag the "Save" and "Save As" commands to the "Menubar in a toolbar" that should appear just under the real menubar to reinstate them back where you need them. Perhaps someone previously mucked around in here and deleted these items from your menu. Or it could be just Microsoft software wonkiness. :-) -Mart
