Hi Rick,
You should be able to export all contacts in vCard format or if you
still access an email account in Outlook, select All contacts in your
Outlook Address Book and at the menu bar, go to Actions and select
Forward as vCard which will prepare an email message with each
contact as a vCard attachment to the message.
Send the message to an email account that you access with you G4 .
When recieving the message, save all attachments to a created folder
and then using the Address Book, use the import feature selecting
vCards as the import file type.
