Hi Everyone,Can somebody tell me what might be the best Software to use to Capture from a Video stream
a single frame .
Have been trying to Capture/Save from a stream using VLC with limited success .
It would be better if I could freeze and then advance frame by frame to select the best frame .
Any ideas please Bob
