This is pretty much confirmed by the fact that the .zip file released
a bin file and an exe file. The exe file is probably the Windows-
based installer for the bin file, and will therefore not work in
MacOS X (without the help of something like Virtual PC). I must say,
though, that the notes on the Sipura support page are vague to say
the least. The implication seems to be that is simply a question of
copying the bin file to the 3000 if you don't have a Windows-based
computer, but this is just a guess.
