iPhoto reinstall

Good afternoon WAMUGGERS

A friend has Tiger installed on a 350 MHz iMac. iPhoto is not  
installed for some reason. She has updated to 10.4.3. How can I  
reinstall iPhoto for her after a couple of OS updates please?
