There are several shareware/freeware products available to do this
with varying degrees of quality, but a quick way to do it in the
Finder is to put a copy of Printer Setup Utility in the Dock. You can
then simply drop the folder you want to print onto the PSU icon. The
drawback is that it does not print sub-folders.
One of the few remaining features of Classic MacOS still to be
implemented...
