I was willing to go to Joondalup from Floreat, because of the
standard of service and committment so add my commendation to the
above :-)

yep, we're just that much slower around here in the deep

And if I may put in a customer ad here: it's not the routine that
any retailer does for all customers, but the recognition of each
customer's individual needs.
Joondalup came up trumps in my books when I bought from them
because they recognised a distance customer and tailored their
service accordingly.
Kudos to them and if Albany does half as well, then Apple customers
will be getting good service.
