iPod/Mac computers

I was talking to a Omnis developer today and she was scathing about  
Apple and it's support for developers. She said that unless it is to  
do with the iPod 'Steve' is not interested. I got the impression that  
very little of the massive income from iPod sales is going into the  
computer side of the business. What are the views of the members of  
Wamug?
