Paul,
The "option" key is your friend.
Employez les clés pour ajouter des accents. For example the "e" in
"cles" received it's accent by typing "option" and "e". If she messes
around with that, she'll get it. In" garçon" , the "c" did its' funky
French thing by using "option" and "c". That should get her going.....
Cheers,
Stephen

Hi all
I dont have a clue how to help this person, aside from suggesting
she use Help ;-)
Can anyone else offer a starting point or two?
Thanks

Hello Paul
I am hoping you can give me a lead as to how to be able to type
French characters in Word X for Mac. I may have told you I'm
learning French at TAFE. I've tried unsuccessfully to follow what
it says in Mac Help. Or perhaps you could tell me how I can find
out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Long time no see. Bill and I are settled (?) in the new place in
Beaconsfield, still coming to grips with sand and wind and now
caterpillars.
Hope you and Vicki are doing well.
