Having recently researched this myself:

Laser Fuji Xerox Phaser 7300DN $4689.36 at pcau.com (note this
is a thermal transfer printer, which uses a different technology to
most lasers. It may actually be considered a better technology though
:)
Laser Epson AL-C9100 $5194 at pcau.com
I have no experience with the products or dealers whatsoever. The
printers may not even have the requested capabilities, as some of the
online stores were a bit dubious about the data they had entered.
Duplexing is sometimes an 'optional extra'
