Hi Ken, I don't know what you mean by "an HTML photo". There isn't really such a thing. Photos on websites are usually JPEG. All you have to do is drag the image from Safari to your desktop. You can alternatively do a Control-click on the image to get a menu that'll allow you to open the image in a separate window for printing.
If for some reason your website disables the above features, you may have to consider if there is a copyright issue involved. If not, you can use Safari's "Activity window" to isolate the image and download it.
