I do recall seeing an article in on old Macworld which discussed converting moribund laptops into a "living" picture frame. Unfortunately, that doesn't fit the parameters.

someone has written off and disposed of a number of old G3 powerboox (about 5) it may be that, allegedly, someone else has dumpster dived to retrieve them.

they are USB+SCSI (though there may be one old ADB+SCSI and one USB +dual FireWire one though this one is known to be dead) in various states of repair/disrepair some do work others no guarantee, no accessories, no install disks, no OS installed on the hard disks most do not have external power supplies.

SO .... if someone on the WAMUG list has (for legal reasons relating to disposal guidelines) a valid charitable, non personal, non commercial use for these they may contact me off list to arrange collection from the person holding these computers. Please note that it's an all or nothing deal.

ideal pick up time would be Monday or Tuesday next week
