I have my PSP up for sale.  It is the current value pack model, with the 
32meg card, headphones, and soft case.  It also has the following:

512Meg memory stick
GTA Liberty City
V8 Supercars
Spiderman 2 movie
Ghostbusters Movie

Speaker stand
Stand for syncing
Screen protectors

And if I can transfer the license, it also includes a registered version 
of PSPWare for Mac.

In excellent condition, with no dead pixels.
