Apple Mail/Eudora

My wife uses Apple Mail and I use Eudora on the same eMac.   Some of my 
mail downloads to her Mail account as well as my Eudora.    It is not a 
biggy, but I would like to know how to restrict my mail to Eudora.   Any 
ideas from the group?
