Hello everyone
I have just installed Tiger on a G3 iMac and done a combo update to
10.4.6. The computer starts OK but gets to a point when loading the
Finder where Spotlight icon appears in top right corner of screen but
nothing else happens. The cursor is the arrow but when moved over the
Spotlight icon it becomes the spinning beach ball. I thought it was
Spotlight indexing the drive but its been going for 2 hours!
Any thoughts or suggestions please on how I can get passed the
Spotlight loading?
