I need to set up FTP access to a machine (10.4.x) for a handful of users.
I basically need things so each user can upload / download to / from
their own folder and maybe access a shared folder.
Is there an easy way to manage all of this (creating managed users,
FTP login path, FTP access privs)?

I highly recommend checking the machine against anonymous access
afterwards, I've had some situations in older versions where it
seemed to be enabled, despite apparently not being enabled in the GUI.
