Umm, I'm not sure what you want here. You need to take your mac in to a service center. If the superdrive isn't working, it needs to be either serviced, or more likely, replaced. On the other hand, if it just was a noise or something, someone could offer advice, but if it isn't working I don't think there's much anyone can do via email.

I don't know what mac you have, but I guess if you're not freaked out by disassembling your mac you could look online and buy the drive from the states. I only suggest this as you asked this same question about a month ago and it sounds like you don't want someone to look at your drive.
