WTB Clamshell Battery

Does anyone know where I can get a Clamshell battery? There are 
frequent advertisements on eBay for batteries, emanating from China. 
They are extraordinarily cheap but I view them with some suspicion. 
Has anyone bought batteries from these guys?

I would welcome advice or suggestions.
